The cottage situated at the end of a quiet no through lane, it sleeps 4 +1 accommodated in a double bedroom and a twin (a cot is also available).  Fully centrally heated, crammed with quality appliances and with a south west facing sun room.  It benefits from FREE access to high speed internet (infinity) your comfort and needs are well catered for.


After a full day in the forest, on a trail or meandering down the River Wye, rest in the west facing oak framed sunroom with a glass of your favourite wine whilst planning for the next day's excursion. In the shared garden there is secure storage for family bikes and there is also dedicated off road cottage parking.

Welcome to Anne's Cottage


Anne welcomes you to her 2 bedrooms (double & twin) converted stable cottage dating from
1827. Situated in the beautiful Forest of Dean which occupies 35 square miles between the Rivers Wye and Severn on the borders of England and  Wales. It is an excellent conversion of the old stables once attached to the long closed Crooked Arms Inn.


The thick stone walls, stable doors and warm and welcoming ambience of oak and soft, warm, leather furniture complemented by an exceptional standard of quality branded appliances ensure the comfort of the discerning guest.  The large (3m X 5m) west facing oak framed and cedarwood roofed sunroom leads into the quiet shared garden which also has secure bike storage.

All rooms are centrally heated and have been very well furnished and equipped with everything you require, to make it a home from home.  There is even free Wifi! We are a no smoking and no pets establishment.
